Weekly Pay! 30.00 Hour Shift Hours Monday to Friday 8a to 5p Job Description Summary Essential Duties and Responsibilities: Lead or participate in project meetings related to software and documentation. Create, edit, update, and manage procedures, specifications, FCRs, design files, routers, and batch records. Execute changes in site software programs Oracle, Agile, iFactory and perform Impact Assessments. Act as Change Control Owner, leading or participating in Change controls. Lead or participate in Continuous Improvement Events, including Kaizen events, Value Stream Teams, and system integration. Capture timely and accurate data, implement process improvement opportunities, and corrective actions to enhance yield, maximize capacity, and reduce costs while ensuring regulatory compliance. Investigate root causes of quality, quantity, or processing issues and suggest solutions for prevention through process improvements. Develop supervisory skills to motivate and direct area employees, ensuring effective work practices in safety, delivery, quality, and cost. Use performance management systems for positive employee relations and be involved in hiring, training, evaluating, and developing employees in production areas. Support the development, preparation, and publication of reports detailing manufacturing costs. Ensure correct processing of area paperwork in compliance with regulatory and company requirements. Knowledge and Skills Ability to complete projects with minimum supervision. Provide input and recommendations impacting project goals. Quick learning of site software programs. Familiarity with site documentation control process. Minimum Qualifications, Education & Experience: Must be at least 18 years old. Bachelors Degree in Engineering, Science, or related field. 0-2 years of experience, preferably in pharmaceutical, food, or cosmetic manufacturing. Preferred experience with Agile, Oracle, and SQL. Work Environment Predominantly office and manufacturing areas with occasional gowning up for floor activities. Manufacturing environment, including clean-room and office settings. Personal Protective Equipment required. Ability to stand for extended periods, lift up to 25 pounds. Professional office environment with minimal travel less than 5% of the time.
