Titania Crew LTD seeks Project Management Specialist for its Big Sky, MT location. Duties include: oversee all aspects of construction projects, including scheduling, procurement, staffing, and budgeting. Provide regular reports to management on project status, monitor expenses to identify budgetary concerns, and ensure timely distribution of project documentation. Manage IT projects and personnel, while also coordinating all aspects of the H2B visa program, including employee communication and travel arrangements. Quality assurance and cost-saving initiatives are key priorities, support team members and assist other departments as needed. Will travel daily within a 100-mile radius of Bozeman, MT, and may also work at the company's additional site: Spanish Peaks Inn, 990 Settlement Trail, Big Sky, MT 59716. Req. Bachelor’s in Business Administration, Project Management, Engineering, or related and 6 m. exp. in Project management or related and the following skills: organizational skills; Understand a large amount of data; Excellent computer skills MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint), Smartsheet; Excellent safety record and comprehension of safety principles including use of personal protective equipment; Ability to read, speak, write and understand Spanish; Must obtain a valid driver’s license.
