Lead IT Projects to develop enterprise Machine Learning and reporting applications that interact with clients; Analyze and coordinate schedule, timeline, procurement, staffing and budget of various projects; Partner with Software Engineering leadership, business stakeholders, subject matter experts, and software engineering team on initiatives that support Cigna/Evernorths strategic goals centered on providing the best customer experience possible for Pharmacy Benefit Management (PBM) clients, Patients, Physicians, and Pharmacists; Coordinate with User Interface (UI) designers, quality services organization, product owners, and other stakeholders to help define the optimal product, project requirements, and objectives; Provide technical leadership and partner with business on driving strategy from a product roadmap perspective; Provide software engineering team with insight into the product roadmap and articulate technical direction and considerations; Assign duties or responsibilities to project personnel; Define and enforce engineering best practices; Work in an agile/Devops environment, delivering user-oriented products in a fast-paced environment; and work with our companys Technology Stack. 10% domestic travel required.
5 years of experience as a Project Manager, Senior Software Engineer, or a related occupation.
Requires experience with: Working in healthcare or Pharmacy Benefit Management (PBM); Planning, analyzing, designing, implementing, and testing of web applications; Developing customized microservices and utilities/tools to generate comprehensive reports based on business needs; Developing and enhancing Authinator for application authentication between microservices and UI; Developing dashboard UI screens; Using: Hadoop, Data Ingestion ETL (Extract, Transform, Load) Process, Structured Query Language (SQL), AWS/PCF Cloud, Java J2EE, Spring Boot, React JS, Bootstrap, JQuery, Ajax, JavaScript, Apache Tomcat, and Postgre SQL; and mentoring and managing team of engineers.
Requires a Bachelors degree or foreign equivalent in Computer Science, Computer Applications, or related field
