Job Description:

We are seeking an enthusiastic and motivated Technical Support Intern to join our team. As a technical support intern, you will assist with providing support to our customers, troubleshooting technical issues,
and learning about the latest technology and industry trends.

Job Responsibilities:

Respond to customer inquiries
Assist with diagnosing and resolving technical issues
Document and track customer interactions and resolve issues
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve customer issues

Currently enrolled or have finished in computer science, engineering or any related field of study
Basic understanding of hardware, software, and networking concepts

Ability to work independently and in a team environment
