We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented individual to join our Marketing Operations Team as a
Marketing Automation Support Specialist
in Mxico city.

We will rely on you to:

Be responsible for developing and managing end user on-boarding, support, office hours and on-going training across the marketing organization.
Develop and manage on-going business process (eg. Lead management, privacy, consent, etc..) documentation including managing knowledge portal (wiki).
Oversee project management and task schedule for technical enhancements on cross-functional implementation teams.
Roll-out a roadmap of enhancement including partnering with various groups to gather technical requirements, training and communications.
Assist core system users designing complex marketing automation & reporting solutions for critical initiatives.
Work closely with the Demand Generation Team to ensure the successful delivery of targeted and personalized email communications.


What you need to have:

Undergraduate Marketing degree or equivalent.
3-5 years of experience in managing marketing automation system(s) (MS365 Dynamics is preferred, Marketo/Pardot experience is also desirable).
Experience developing business requirements and process documentation.
Strong familiarity with CRM (Client Relationship Management) systems (MS365 is preferred, Salesforce is also desirable).
Knowledge of GDPR (General Data Protection Regulation) and CAN-SPAM regulations
An analytical mindset with the ability to analyse and interpret campaign performance metrics.
Solid written and verbal communication skills with ability to communicate/translate complex concepts to non-technical audience.
Strong customer service orientation and relationship building skills can build credibility with all stakeholders as reliable, accurate, and resourceful conduit to ensure accurate and timely execution of information.
Ability to manage projects and multi-task in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.


What makes you stand out:

Extensive experience using and managing event management, marketing automation and CRM systems.
Experience with IT (Information Technology) development processes related to CRM/ marketing applications.
Familiarity with basic HTML/CSS/JS.
Demonstrated understanding/experiencing of organizational processes related to system operations and integration.
Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite; especially PowerPoint and Excel: Filtering, VLOOKUP's, Pivot Tables, etc.
