We have a great new opportunity for a
Payroll Processor, Italian Speaker
to join the team in Porto! You will be one of a team of three, reporting to the Payroll Manager. The role is reporting for handling outsourced payroll, varying in size and complexity, with adherence to policy, compliance, and legislation. It requires strong communication skills to liaison with payroll providers, internal business partners, revenue authorities, and third parties.

Role description


Responsible for Payroll administration in Southern Europe (Portugal, Italy, Belgium, Greece) by ensuring activities are undertaken and deadlines met.

Understand our complex business needs and manage these via 3rd party providers.

Prepare payroll input for timely processing.

Review and reconcile the providers prepared payroll against the approved payroll inputs in Workday.

Processing queries by monitoring tickets (ServiceNow) ensuring SLA is met.

Role Requirements & Capabilities


Must have other European countries payroll experience (2-5 years).

Strong number skills, ability to prioritise, multitask and meet tight deadlines.

Accuracy and attention to detail, willing to learn new processes.

Advanced Excel skills and proficient with applications and systems.

Demonstrate ability to work independently in an ambiguous and rapidly changing environment.

Fluent in English and
Italian
is required.

Knowledge Workday advantageous.
