We are seeking a highly skilled Marketing Automation Specialist to join our Demand Generation Team.

What can you expect:
In this role, you will be responsible for executing and managing marketing campaigns using Dynamics 365 Marketing Automation platform.
You will work closely with the marketing team to develop and execute campaigns, and ensure campaigns are executed accurately and efficiently.
Ideal candidates will be excellent communicators, with strong organizational skills and a keen eye for detail, no matter how small.

We will rely on you to:
Develop, manage, and execute end-to-end email marketing campaigns. This includes content creation, building lists, testing, troubleshooting, and reporting.
Work closely with marketers to create targeted segmentations/lists.
Maintain knowledge of compliance regulations like CAN-SPAM and GDPR. Advise on and implement email marketing best practices to ensure compliance and efficiency.
Set up and manage multi-step email journeys/nurtures, including registration and post-webinar journeys. Manage attendee data, tracking registration and attendance.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure timely campaign execution. Conduct regular reviews and QA to ensure flawless execution of campaigns.
Stay up to date on marketing automation best practices. Participate in global marketing user and steering groups to share knowledge and best practices.
Construct and test various elements of email campaigns, including content, design, and Calls to Action (CTAs). Utilize A/B testing and multiple iterations to optimize campaign effectiveness and engagement.
Develop specialized knowledge in campaign management and marketing automation to ensure consistency in execution and adherence to best practices.

What you need to have:
Knowledge and experience in marketing automation Microsoft Dynamics, Marketo, HubSpot, or Pardot.
Understanding of other marketing applications preferred -event, webinar, analytics, web management, and workflow tools.
Experienced in working in corporate marketing, with sector experience in professional services.

Strong project management (AGILE) skills and attention to detail.
Previous digital marketing experience within Financial Services or other regulated industry
