Job description
Current Basic Plus, TWIC, Negative drug test required, Must provide clean drivers record
Must be able to install rotating equipment to API standards.
Represent Precision PPS at all times while conducting yourself in a professional manner at all times.
Be willing to keep customer jobsite clean, you see it you own it! You pick it up if you are the last person onsite.
Must be able to sell rotating equipment off using precision pps reliability documentation.
New construction installation
Use and read precision tools 98 level, dial indicators, transit, inside/outside mic etc.
Run a crew with little to no supervision.
Understanding of split case centrifugal pumps, agitators, diaphragm, blowers, fans, vertical pumps, turbines and compressors
Supervise/assist in troubleshooting of rotating equipment along with field rotating equipment overhauls.
Change out seals, bearings and bundle swaps in the field.
Be held accountable for company tools.
Troubleshoot different types of machinery.
Field Valve repair.
Create job reports.
Turn in time and expenses weekly.
Read prints and drawings.
Commissioning rotating equipment.
Use of laser alignment.
Perform basic vibration analysis.
Meet customer site specifications.
Communicate effectively both verbally and in writing with a diverse set of cross-functioning groups.
Basic computer software and hardware familiarity including competency with MS Office (Word, Excel & Outlook) is a plus.
Must be willing to work around and/or manually interact with heavy equipment.
Must be willing and able to work outside, year-round, under various weather conditions.
Willing to work on call.
Must be willing and able to stand and walk for extended periods of time.
Must be willing and able to work in environments that require frequent bending, reaching, and lifting.
Must be willing and able to work in tight or confined spaces.
Must be willing and able to work at heights above 25 feet by climbing stairs and vertical ladders.
Willing to travel.
Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs.
Must be able to complete tasks wearing required personal protective equipment which may include fire protective clothing, goggles, face shields, gloves, steel toe boots, hearing protection, respirators and any other PPE required for jobsite safety.

Required experience:
- Minimum Millwright: 10 years
- Minimum field service: 5 years
