Position Title: Sales Representative

Location: Omaha, NE greater area

Compensation: $50,000 - $75,000 a year

As a member of our team, you'll play a pivotal role in driving sales, building lasting client relationships, and contributing to the overall success of our dynamic organization.

Responsibilities:



  • Actively promote residential pest control services to prospective and current clients through direct sales efforts.


  • Proactively reach out to potential leads, schedule appointments, and maintain a consistent schedule.


  • Identify opportunities to upsell additional services to existing customers, fostering strong client relationships.


  • Deliver tailored product offerings to meet customer needs, close sales, and secure referrals.


  • Collect necessary customer information and payment details for each sale.


  • Address inquiries and concerns from both prospective and active customers, ensuring high satisfaction levels.


  • Collaborate with the service delivery team to maximize customer retention and satisfaction.


  • Participate in marketing events such as home and garden shows to generate new leads.


Requirements:



  • Previous experience in customer-facing roles preferred.


  • Direct sales or marketing experience is advantageous.


  • Must have a reliable vehicle for transportation.


  • Valid driver's license and proof of insurance required.


Skills and Qualifications:



  • Ability to quickly learn about our products and services.


  • Strong sales and organizational skills demonstrated through past experiences.


  • Proficiency in using modern technologies such as cell phones, computers, and email.


  • Effective prospecting and account management abilities.
