An FQHC in Pennsylvania is seeking a Family Practice Physician with 2+ years of experience in an outpatient primary care setting to provide quality patient care in an idyllic small town with easy access to Lake Erie. Start ASAP!
Schedule:
Tuesday - Friday; 8a - 5p
Starting as soon as credentialed for a 6 month assignment
No call, no nights, no weekends
Practice Setting:
Outpatient clinic
2 patients per hour on average
Support from a designated Medical Assistant, and LPNs
Requirements:
Board-certified in Family Medicine
BLS and DEA certifications required
Licensed in Pennsylvania
Cases and Procedures:
Primary Care and chronic case management
