Office Manager

As the Office Manager, you'll also be the guardian of employee health and safety, the navigator of our travel agency relations, and the conductor of our car fleet.

The role:

Facilities & Reception Responsibilities:
Inspire and lead the Milan Reception team to achieve excellence.
Ensure seamless general services, including catering, cleaning, parking, and office equipment management.
Forge strong relationships with service providers, ensuring adherence to budget and quality standards.
Spearhead transformative office projects, aligning layouts with evolving workforce needs
Health & Safety Responsibilities:
Lead safety initiatives, ensuring compliance, and conducting regular inspections.
Guarantee flawless execution of security and emergency procedures, aligning with policies.
Car Fleet Management:
Continuously assess fleet needs, assisting employees with car selections aligned with policies
Foster productive partnerships for best pricing and top-notch service.
Who were looking for:

Bachelor's Degree
3-5 years of experience in Facilities Management and Health & Safety within dynamic corporate environments.
Previous experience with FMCG or multinational corporations is highly desirable.
Your ability to build relationships is unmatched, with exceptional interpersonal and communication skills that encompass active listening and crystal-clear communication.
You're a trusted keeper of confidential information, handling it with the utmost discretion.
Organizational skills are your superpower, and you wield them with finesse in managing projects.
Analytical prowess and an advanced mastery of Excel are your tools for success.
You possess an unwavering "Dream Big" attitude and a relentless drive for improvement.
Proficiency in Italian (spoken and written) is essential.
Advanced proficiency in English (spoken and written) is required for effective communication in our multinational environment.
