Advanced Analytics Engineer (Hybrid)

We have an immediate need for an Advanced Analytics Engineer to join a recognized leader in senior care. The Advanced Analytics Engineer is responsible for designing, implementation, configuration and maintenance for advanced analytics environments to solve stated business challenges facing the organization.

Location: Long Beach, CA (Hybrid)

This job expects to pay about $65 - 70 per hour.

What You Will Do:

• Advanced analytics architecture, design, research, testing and evaluation of new technologies that improve and enhance enterprise analytics systems reliability, availability and serviceability. 
• Collaborate with internal and external partners to ensure that technology decisions related to advanced analytics and blueprints align with the overall enterprise architecture framework.
• Establish and maintain analytic environments required for Enterprise Data Warehouse, Data Science, Business Intelligence, structured and unstructured data.
• Maintain knowledge of current and emerging technologies/products/trends related to advanced analytics solutions.
• Ensure alignment of data analytics solutions with business and IT goals/objectives.
• Facilitate and participate in identification of advanced analytics solution options and features.
• Communicate solution options to business owners/stakeholders (e.g. data analytics architecture reviews).

What Gets You The Job: 

• Preferred, but not required:  Bachelor’s degree in Computer Information or equivalent work experience
• 7+ years of overall IT field experience required.
• 3+ years of experience in advanced analytics solution architecture, standardizing and building enterprise level data analysis solutions in complex environment required.
• Hands on experience with Modern Data Warehousing in cloud, Azure Data Factory, Azure Databricks, Pyspark, Azure DevOps, Azure Machine Learning, Azure Data Lake, Power BI, MS SQL Server, SSAS, SSRS, SSIS, Tableau, Alteryx, Natural Language Processing, Scikit-Learn (Classification, Clustering and recommendation system)
• Programming experience with scripting languages such as Python/R and SQL is required.
• Deep understanding of data science, machine learning, deep learning, advanced statistical techniques and concepts.
• Deep understanding of industry patterns for advanced analytics architecture and integration.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Experience in Deep Learning Libraries, such as tensorflow or pytorch is preferred.
• Health care industry experience is a big plus.
