Seeking a skilled and experienced SAP HCM Payroll Consultant to work on multiple projects for our client. The ideal candidate should have in-depth knowledge of SAP Payroll module HCM (link removed) with US payroll tax rules and regulations, ability to work with the business and IT and have excellent communication skills. Responsibilities: SAP Payroll Experience: Strong configuration experience, and optimization of SAP Payroll modules(HCM) to meet organizational requirements. Identify opportunities for process improvements and enhancements, working closely with IT and HR teams to implement changes. Compliance and Regulations: Current knowledge of US payroll regulations, tax laws, and labor laws to ensure compliance in all payroll activities. Experience with audits to ensure accuracy and compliance with federal, state, and local regulations. Payroll Processing: Manage the end-to-end payroll processing cycle, including data collection, validation, and disbursement of salaries, benefits, and taxes. Resolve payroll discrepancies and address employee inquiries related to payroll matters. Reporting and Analytics: Generate and analyze payroll reports to provide insights into payroll trends, costs, and discrepancies. Develop and maintain key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the efficiency and accuracy of payroll processes.
