COMPANY OVERVIEW:A leading industrial services company targeting the petrochemical, refining, and power generation industries.

POSITION: Mechanical Project Manager

COMPENSATION: Competitive salary + DOE

LOCATION: Corpus Christi, Texas

SUMMARY: Mechanical Project Manager with 5-10+ years of experience in management and oversight of installation of mechanical equipment installation in the steel industry.

DUTIES OR RESPONSIBILITIES:
Oversight and management of mechanical installation subcontractor(s)
Manage project from mobilization through close out.
Soliciting subcontractors, suppliers, and specified manufacturers
Making detailed specification and drawing review
Participating in estimating team reviews
Assisting development of construction schedule
Assisting in the presentation of the estimate/proposal
Ensuring that all bid forms are completed and properly executed.
Participating in the development of a conceptual estimate/design-build
Reviewing labor costs and production.

EXPERIENCE AND QUALIFICATIONS:
10+ years project management in mechanical equipment installations- specifically working with Steel Mill facilities.
Electrical certifications.
Strong work ethic, resilience, grit, and drive
Strong problem-solving skills
Ability to manage multiple projects and effectively meet deadlines.
Self-motivated, success driven personality and work ethic.
Strong written and verbal communication skills with attention to detail and organization
