Responsibilities
Learn and adhere to testing processes and policies; understand and follow the development cycle processes for our products Review and provide input/feedback on requirements. Collaborate with our development team to identify and document bugs and issues. Review, manage, and update product documentation continuously to relevant departments. Perform regression tests to ensure new features do not introduce new issues. Conduct exploratory testing to identify defects and usability issues. Incorporate user feedback into exploratory testing, addressing reported issues promptly. Identify and report defects, providing detailed information for effective problem resolution. Monitor and communicate the status of reported issues throughout their lifecycle Collaborate with cross-functional teams to address product quality assurance concerns. Other task as required.
Qualifications
Minimum 2 years of working experience in the related field Candidate must possess at least a Professional Certificate, Diploma, Bachelors Degree in any field Preferably Junior Executives specializing in Quality Control/Assurance or equivalent Excellent communication skills both verbal and written in English. Excellent attention to detail and communication skills Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously (link removed) Ability to work independently and within a team
