We are oilfield Service bushiness, providing pipeline and pump station repair, service, and maintenance.

Job details
Job Position: Industrial instrument technician
Job Location: Sexsmith, AB; need to travel to various nearby field locations
Salary: 30.00 hourly
Hours of work: Usually 35-40 hours per Week, Day, Evening, Flexible Hours, On Call
Supplemental pay types: Overtime pay (1.5 times of regular wage after 44 hours per week)
Terms of employment: Permanent Full time
Start date: Starts as soon as possible
Vacancies: 1 vacancies

Qualification:
English communication skills, both written and verbal
At least college level diploma is required or 3rd or 4th Year apprentices with experience
At least 2-3 years Industrial instrument/machinery maintenance and repair experience
Must have a flexible work schedule - emergency service call, overtime, weekends, and travel
Able to handle up to 23 kg (50 lbs) weight

Other requirement:
Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
Attention to detail and a high level of accuracy
Ability to see around the corner taking a safe approach in everything that you do.

Responsibilities:
1.Inspecting and troubleshooting oilfield equipment for issues and repairing or replacing defective parts based on the manufacturer's manuals
2.Conducting field tests of equipment to ensure operating to satisfactory parameters
3.Maintaining oilfield equipment regularly by adjusting system components and testing functionalities
4.Installing and calibrating technologies and equipment and training clients on operation and safety instructions
5.Performing scheduled preventive maintenance work
6.Complete all written and electronic required, documenting the work in progress and as it is completed, including Work orders, Maintenance reports, and Material requests
7.Performing hot shot services for emergency situations
8.Attending safety meetings and observing good safety practices

Probation period: 3 months
