Job Description:
We are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented EUC Service Delivery Manager to oversee the end-to-end delivery of IT services related to end user computing. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing the implementation, maintenance, and support of various end user computing technologies and ensuring seamless service delivery to internal stakeholders. The EUC Service Delivery Manager will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to drive continuous improvement, optimize processes, and enhance the overall end user experience.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Service Delivery Management:
o Oversee the delivery of end user computing services, including desktop/laptop management, software deployment, mobile device management, and collaboration tools.
o Develop and maintain service level agreements (SLAs) and key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure and ensure service quality.
o Monitor service performance, identify areas for improvement, and implement corrective actions as necessary.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in computer science, information technology, or related field.
Proven experience in IT service delivery management, with a focus on end user computing.
Strong understanding of end user computing technologies, including desktop/laptop management, software deployment, mobile device management, and collaboration tools.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
Experience in vendor management, contract negotiation, and performance evaluation.
Solid understanding of ITIL framework and best practices in service management.
Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a proactive approach to identifying and addressing issues.
Relevant certifications (e.g., ITIL, PMP) are a plus.
