The position will support the delivery and maintenance of robust and efficient processes and technology for Formulation, Filling, Lyophilization and Inspection processes. They will help to deliver robust and efficient processes, and provide daily support to manufacturing toward industrial performance excellence. The individual will lead or support technical process improvements and portfolio execution to support the strategy and deliverables across the site; write protocols, reports and procedures; lead and support troubleshooting activities for formulation and filling; lead and develop photostability studies for new vaccines; commission and qualify portable tanks for formulation and new equipment qualification of filling lines and; comply with cGMP and other internal and external quality and regulatory guidance. The employee in this role may work remotely from their residence 2-3 days a week if within normal commuting distance of Swiftwater, PA or within the same metropolitan area.
