A day in the life.

As our Marketing Coordinator on the Management Liability team, youll be responsible for working directly with Marketing Specialists, Sr. Marketing Specialists, VP/ Directors of Marketing (as necessary), Producers, and service teams to provide excellent customer service. This includes the ability to manage workload by processing daily service tasks. This individual is responsible for servicing an existing book of business. In addition, the Marketing Coordinator is responsible for miscellaneous projects as directed and assisting team in marketing process.

Proactive Client Service
Ability to answer client / producer questions on process and coverage.
Document internal and external communication
Keep client management system updated
Process Endorsements
Manage web-based client portal - Discuss system set-up with clients (as necessary)

Provide Marketing on Assigned Book of Business
Manage expiration list through renewal
Responsible for renewal solicitation process and collection of material
Manage proposal drafts with TCS
Assist in creation of proposal
Responsible for binding process
Review policies for accuracy
Manage MLG relationship with internal and external servicing relationships/ CAST/ BI Servicers
These additional qualifications are a plus, but not required to apply:
Bachelors Degree
Business insurance experience
Insurance designations
