Supply Planner:


What youll do



Based on planning requirements, you place purchase orders for semi-finished and finished products with a realistic delivery commitment from suppliers and ensure timely delivery by close follow up.

Analyze stock levels and follow up forecast and safety stock in order to maintain product availability (co-operate with our supply chain analyst).

Communicate clearly and timely to the concerned departments in case of late delivery of products.

Follow up and improve supplier flexibility and reliability.

Continuously look for supply chain improvements.

Work closely together with the production planners and support them when required.

Build and maintain relationships with suppliers to obtain a qualitative international database of approved and reliable suppliers.

Negotiate frame agreements and draft contract terms and conditions.

Therefore, you should bring:


You have a first work experience as a supply planner, technical interest is a plus.

You are punctual, flexible and enjoy working in a team.

Decision making, problem solving and negotiating skills

You are fluent in Dutch and English (spoken and written).

Knowledge of ERP package (SAP).

Knowledge of MS Office.
