Job Description

Your role:

Participate in the clinical content creation and localization for HIS/EMR and relevant sub modules for clinical specialties, with the co-creation and validation of clinical partners.
Contribute to product roadmap and content presentations.
Collaborate with business partners, clinical partners, and product managers, receive and filter their requirements, design and document the user requirements
Collaborate with R&D team (internally or externally), service team, design team, and research team to validate the technical deliverables are aligned with the design/content.
Validate the clinical solutions with our potential customers or clinical partners.
Trace the products usability after launch, collect the feedback from the customers and marketing, draw up the products prompt implementation in combination with the long-term strategy.
Support EMR business team for NPI/NSI.
Supports Account Managers by providing clinical decision support for products and solutions, including sales presentations, product demonstrations. Support and advise the sales force during customer acquisition.
Develop and execute winning clinical sales strategies to expand market share
Actively participate with sales team in coordinating and executing clinical evaluations, product demonstrations and presentations
Educating sales team on emerging clinical issues and positioning solutions to address these market changes. Keep up to date with new developments in the clinical application and operating field of the relevant equipment
Train customers in applying the best possible clinical procedures and protocols to achieve optimal usage of the EMR System
Train hospital staff in case of new releases, upgrade and / or versions (changes) in the operating procedures of the equipment
Set up application training schedules in close cooperation with the customer. Provide required applications report on completion of all application visits
Ensure that all customers are provided with high quality training and attention so that each customer is fully satisfied with the attention received from Philips
Ensure that all clinical applications training, with both new and existing customers, complies with the company's quality policy
Conduct regular visits to customers to obtain direct feedback from them about the quality of the training delivery and the customer satisfaction


You're the right fit if:

Bachelors degree or above on Medical relevant majors.
Above 3 years experience as clinical consultant in HIT, big data, pharmaceutical companies, or medical devices companies, at least 2 years experience in HIT domain.
Familiar with Oncology/Chemotherapy/ Obstetrics/Cardiology/ICU is preferred.
With good presentation and communication skills and ability to work with cross-functional team to develop and deliver wining product or solution.
With product launch experience is preferred.
English skill.
