Job Description

  • Plan and execute all digital marketing, including SEO, marketing database, email, social media and display advertising campaigns.
  • Build, lead and manage the inbound marketing campaigns.
  • Managing, guiding and training of the digital marketing team and motivate them to achieve their goals.
  • Manage all digital marketing channels to ensure brand consistency.
  • Measure ROI and KPIs and prepare and manage our global digital marketing budget
  • Oversee our social media accounts.
  • Manage and improve online content, considering SEO and Google Analytics.
  • Forecast sales performance trends and act proactively to increase our market segment.
  • Liaise with product owners and product marketing managers, creative and sales to increase client satisfaction through cohesive strategies.
  • Align and cooperate with regional/local marketing team members to deliver locally relevant campaigns.
  • Monitor competition and provide ideas to stand out
  • Design, build and maintain our social media presence.
  • Measure and report performance of all digital marketing campaigns, and assess against goals (ROI and KPIs).
  • Identify trends and insights, and optimize spend and performance based on the insights.
  • Brainstorm new and creative growth strategies.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to create landing pages and optimize the user experience.
  • Utilize the strong analytical ability to evaluate end-to-end customer experience across multiple channels and customer touchpoints.

Job Requirements

  • BSc degree in Marketing, Digital media or relevant field.
  • +5 years of experience as a Digital Marketing Specialist or a similar role.
  • Strong understanding of how all current digital marketing channels function.
  • Solid knowledge of online marketing tools and best practices
  • Excellent analytical and project management skills
  • Strong team management and communication (written and verbal) skills
  • Good knowledge with digital ads platform.
  • Good knowledge of attractive advertisements.
  • Attention to detail.
  • Critical thinker and problem-solving skills
  • Good time-management skills
  • Great interpersonal and communication skills
