We are seeking an experienced Automotive Buffer to join our team.
Location : 4542 W Hacienda Ave, Las Vegas, NV 89118

As an Automotive Buffer, you will be responsible for enhancing the appearance of vehicles by applying various polishing techniques and removing imperfections from painted surfaces. Your expertise in automotive detailing and proficiency in operating buffing machines will contribute to delivering high-quality results.

Responsibilities:
Perform automotive buffing and polishing tasks to improve the overall appearance of vehicles.
Utilize a range of buffing machines, pads, and compounds to remove scratches, swirl marks, and other imperfections from painted surfaces.
Follow established procedures and guidelines to ensure consistent and excellent results.
Inspect vehicle surfaces prior to buffing to identify areas requiring special attention or repairs.
Collaborate with the automotive detailing team to coordinate tasks and meet deadlines.
Maintain and clean buffing equipment, ensuring they are in proper working condition.
Adhere to safety protocols and use protective gear to ensure a safe working environment.
Stay updated on the latest buffing techniques and industry trends to enhance skills and knowledge.
Other duties as assigned.

Requirements:
Minimum of 2 years of experience as an Automotive Buffer or similar role.
Prior experience in automotive detailing is highly preferred.
Proficiency in operating buffing machines and understanding different pad and compound combinations.
Solid knowledge of various polishing techniques and the ability to choose the appropriate method for different types of imperfections.
Attention to detail and a keen eye for identifying imperfections and inconsistencies.
Strong communication and teamwork skills to collaborate effectively with the detailing team.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines without compromising quality.
Familiarity with safety procedures and the ability to follow guidelines to ensure a safe work environment.

Physical Requirements:
Physical stamina and dexterity to perform repetitive tasks and work in various positions for extended periods.
Ability to kneel, bend and squat, as well as lift up to 45 pounds.
Ability to ascending or descending ladders, stairs, scaffolding, ramps, poles, and the like.
Ability to move self in different positions to accomplish tasks in various environments including tight and confined spaces.
Ability to operate motor vehicles including RVs or heavy equipment.
Ability to physically operate various equipment and power tools including vehicle equipment.
Manual dexterity for repetitive-motion tasks.
