Were looking for an inquisitive, analytical, and collaborative FMCG Client Manager to join our P&G Global Team within Europanel. Being this an international role, were considering candidates either based in Barcelona, Spain or Lisbon, Portugal this is an incredible opportunity to be part of our exciting vision for the future!
The Roles Mission
As a Client Manager, youll be encouraged to be the first point of contact for several clients and stakeholders from P&G's insights teams from multiple regions. This position will involve a high level of client interaction, and relationship management (both internally and within our GFK/Kantar network) as well as designing and delivering impactful multi-country projects for a wide range of contacts and business needs. We expect you to be able to drive client impact by enhancing the use of purchase panel insight, influence an audience and collaborate internally and externally to grow and develop successful relationships.

Key outcomes
Lead major projects by being responsible for the development and delivery of high-profile, multi-country insights and recommendations. Secure the production & interpretation of analysis with a focus on finding patterns in the data highlighting key priorities and making recommendations. Build and maintain positive relationships with all main client decision makers/budget holders, developing the application of consumer panel as a solution to answer business questions to ensure a strong influence on client thinking. Building a strong commercial plan on the areas of focus you will identify with your Global Account Director. Develop opportunities to grow revenue for the team, with a focus on widening our network, identifying client issues, and growing the contribution of Europanel services. Develop a partnership approach to collaborate with colleagues in Europanel, country contacts across GfK & Kantar Worldpanel and other agencies. Apply an understanding of and respect for other cultures to improve client solutions and achieve the best value for clients.
Key Capabilities
Your background will ideally look like this
Minimum of 2-3 years of previous professional experience in Client Management (preferably in the FMCG industry) with a consistent record of building successful relationships with clients. Business proficiency in English (B2 Level required). Confirmed business experience with Excel (e.g., Advanced Functions; VLOOKUP; Pivot Tables) and PowerPoint. Proven knowledge of fundamental statistical concepts and analysis. Strong data visualisation and analytical skills, through working with sophisticated data sets (preferably consumer panels data), and delivering insight-based consultative projects. Consolidated ability to provide valuable client insights and present complex data clearly and incisively.
