Lifecycle Productivity Manager
In this role, you will function as a Business Finance & Technical Analyst that merges your technical know-how with business financial acumen to support, develop, and lead initiatives focused on improving productivity in the lifecycle space. You will be responsible for creating comprehensive business cases, managing key programs, and implementing strategies that drive optimization across the lifecycle spectrum.
Your role:
Analyzes complex business challenges and models potential solutions, calculating ROI, risk factors, and long-term sustainability, while leveraging your technical background to assess and improve current systems, platforms, and tools used within the lifecycle space. Leading, designing, and implementing programs that promote increased productivity and efficiency within the lifecycle processes of the organization. Assesses financial implications of proposed solutions, ensuring that projects are financially viable and will generate desired financial outcomes which includes working closely with multiple departments, including IT, Finance, and Operations, ensuring alignment with broader organizational objectives. Identify, recommend, and oversee the implementation of process enhancements that lead to better efficiency and cost savings, while establishing and monitoring key performance metrics to gauge the effectiveness of implemented solutions and strategies. Keeps abreast with latest trends in both the technical and financial sectors to ensure that the company remains competitive and provides training to other team members and stakeholders, ensuring the broader organization understands the value and utility of the lifecycle productivity initiatives.
You're the right fit if:
Youve acquired 5+ years of experience in a technical role, ideally in an environment focusing on lifecycle productivity or similar. Your skills include strong financial modeling and analysis, with a demonstrated ability to develop comprehensive business cases; exceptional project and program management skills; proficiency in financial software, as well as technical tools relevant to the lifecycle space. You have a Bachelor's degree in a technical field (e.g., Engineering, Computer Science) or Business Finance. Masters degree or MBA preferred. You must be able to successfully perform the following minimum Physical, Cognitive and Environmental job requirements with or without accommodation for this position. Youre an excellent communicator both written and verbally, with a proactive mindset and an ability to anticipate challenges and propose solutions.
