Job TitleSales & Marketing Manager Oral Healthcare (b2b) Job Description
Responsibilities:
Select and nurture relationship with medical distributors covering dental cabinets in order to drive ZOOM (teeth whitening lamps and gels ) and Philips Sonicare (Rechargeable Toothbrush) sales, setting up distribution flow
Investigate what fits best for long term partnership development and tools to drive sell out performance within dental cabinets
Handshake quarterly with partners on Joint Business Plan defining KPIs to develop the business
Decide what we sell, where we sell and build 3 years strategic approach
Manage distributors to ensure ZOOM distribution in other countries
Cooperate with marketing team to reflect brand strategy in the channel
Interact with healthcare professionals, dentists, and win ambassadors to drive product recommendation
Reach associations that have a voice within dental communities
Report and provide insights and solutions for further business development
Participate to conferences, symposium on medical topics that contribute to brand positioning
Generate Leads (doctors contacts) via events and visits
Generate trials, convincing doctors to test Sonicare tootbrushes and provide feedback
Manage CRM writing monthly to dentists community about innovations and news
Create forecast for next 6 months (sku level) and create need for goods
Order management for covered channels
Lead DP Reps team (5 people) covering national territory
Operate daily with SalesForce Tool (Raynet) to collect field data and follow recommendation funnel (from contact, to trial, feedback and recommendation)
Onboard new KOLs to drive Sonicare awareness
Ensure product training to field team and distributor personnel
Profile:
5+ years experience in a commercial position, ideally in pharma & dental industry
Knowledge and experience of Sales, Negotiation, business development on multiple channels, digital background is an advantage.
Able to build relationship with customers to fully understand the market and implement business solutions
Experience of managing budgets and maximizing ROI
A great communicator able to build strong relationships with both internal and external stakeholders
Commercial talent that thinks in creative solutions driven by results
Strong drive and ability to motivate others
Leadership skills to manage field team
Dedicated, enthusiastic, innovative and proactive
Ability to read, analyze, and interpret general business reports. Ability to write reports and business interpretation to effectively present information and respond to questions from groups of managers, clients and customers.
English language both conversation and written
