  • Role: Calling & offline Sales & marketing executive

The job requires you to manage two aspects- marketing & sales. The details are as follows:

Marketing:

  • Promoting the services by talking to leads/ potential customers at marketing events
  • Managing the marketing tracker on a real-time basis
  • Coming up with ideas to improve the marketing process.


Sales:

  • Driving up the conversions & enrolments by making sales-pitches on calls
  • Satisfying all queries regarding the product, features, and services
  • Building, preserving, and maintaining strong relations with leads.
  • Managing the sales tracker on a real-time basis
  • Coming up with ideas to improve the sales funnel & process.


Desired Candidates Profiles :

  • Excellent convincing skill
  • Must have good communication skill (English & Hindi)
  • Good Proficiency in Excel, Word
  • Ability to pitch the product/ services to any caller/ walk-ins/ potential customers.
