Schedule:
• Monday & Wednesday 8a - 5p
• Assignment dates: 2/26 - 6/28/24
Practice Setting:
• Outpatient clinic
• Patient ages: 18 and up
• Support from RN, front desk, and Medical Director
Cases and Procedures:
• Primary Care
• Chronic condition management
• Annual physicals
Requirements:
• IL license
• BLS; DEA
• 2+ years of outpatient PC experience
