Locums/NP/PA/Family Medicine/Job/Wisconsin
Position Highlights:
Monday through Thursday 7a-4:30p, (12:00-12:30) lunch, off on Fridays
It's typically 1-2 days and is done remotely with a clinical trainer.
This position will focus on prevention, wellness, and maintenance of health in partnership with patients.
Records physical findings, and formulates plan and prognosis, based on patients condition, with documentation in the medical record
The successful candidate will have completed a Masters Degree level Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant program from an accredited college/university.
The ideal candidate will have at least three years primary care practice experience, the ability to work independently, and experience working with an Electronic Medical Record (EMR). Experience working with pediatric patients in some locations.
