Your Role

Were looking for a Solutions Consultant to help drive business growth in Europe, who will focus on global pre-sales and post-sales deliverables, methodologies and processes. Youll play a key role in helping us create growth in a region of strategic importance to Hudlone that serves our elite revenue team and customers (i.e., high performing universities, national governing bodies and professional sports organisations) across Europe. Many sports organisations are looking for inspiration and new ways to develop their player/athlete identification and development processes. Youll help them incorporate global best practices and shape them to fit their unique situations.

We'd like to hire someone for this role who lives near one of our offices in Leeds, London, Barcelona or Chiavari, but we're also open to remote candidates in the United Kingdom, Italy or Spain.


Must-Haves


Experience. You have extensive familiarity with high performance sports environments, and have hands-on knowledge of Hudl products and others in the market. Youve also used data analytics tools such as Tableau, ideally within a sports context. You have a strong network of industry connections, ideally in the global football and/or rugby worlds.

Cross-collaboration skills. Youve worked across the three main areas of sports environments: coaching/analysis, recruitment and sports science. You know how these departments work together to achieve results.

Excellent communication. Youre able to effectively qualify sales opportunities, and convey ideas and solutions to customers and internal stakeholders. You excel at giving proposals, product demonstrations and presentations.

Goal-oriented. Youre motivated by improving the customer experience and hitting revenue goals within your team and region.

Nice-to-Haves


Customer-facing experience. You understand SaaS sales methodologies and consulting methodologies, know why we always put the customer first, and strive to generate revenue by excelling at technical pre-sales and solution consulting.

Pre-sales consulting. A prior role in this area, especially within a SaaS business, would be an asset.

Product development. Youve influenced or supported product development in SaaS for sports before.

Multilingual. Fluent English is a must, any other languages are a plus.
