We are building a new centralized function to align and optimize global marketing campaigns. The Project Manager will focus on campaign and creative project management that will improve the process and evaluate marketing campaigns around the world. This process is changing for us as an organization, and this person should have strong project management and process management skills to both improve how we execute this campaign management function, and the day-to-day operations of leading our marketers through this end-to-end flow.


Role Responsibilities


Day-to-day marketing campaign project management through intake, approvals, execution, and evaluation.

Identify and guide efficiencies in creative development, partnering with our in-house graphic design firm and regional marketing teams.

Process improvement across the campaign management cycle, including tool optimization and user training.

Develop campaign connections across regional marketing teams to ensure we are utilizing best practices effectively across global markets.

Creative quality and localization assurance.


Role Requirements


Bachelors degree or equivalent experience in business, marketing, communications, or project management.

5+ years of project management experience improving and delivering global campaign strategies and roadmaps across multiple regions.

Exposure and use of various campaign management tools, including Project Management, CRM, and reporting analysis technology.

Experience using the Microsoft Office suite with exceptional PowerPoint skills.

Agency or Publisher experience is highly preferred but not required.

A PMP or Project Management Certificate is highly desired.

Salary

The base salary range is $110,000 - $150,000 USD per year. This role is also eligible to receive an annual bonus that aligns with individual and company performance. Actual salaries will vary based on candidates' qualifications, skills, and competencies.
