Job Summary Ready to level up your career as an IT Support Engineer? Our Financial Services client is on the lookout for a dynamic IT On-Site Support Engineer to spearhead technical solutions, particularly geared towards executive-level support and cutting-edge audio/video teleconferencing systems. In this world, no two days are alike – you'll be providing personalized support to C-suite executives, swiftly tackling hardware/software issues, and collaborating with a talented IT team to conquer complex technical challenges. But that's not all – you'll also be the go-to expert for maintaining conferencing systems, forging partnerships with external vendors, and leading engaging technology training sessions. - Minimum of 2 years of experience in an IT support role
- Associate degree in IT or equivalent practical experience
- Demonstrated background in delivering executive-level IT support
- Proficiency in audio/video conferencing systems and tools, such as Microsoft Teams
- Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving abilities
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Capacity to work autonomously and efficiently prioritize tasks
- Desirable certifications in relevant methodologies and technologies, such as ITIL, Microsoft 365, or Microsoft Teams
