Employee benefits include, but are not limited to, health insurance (medical, dental, vision), 401(k) plan, and paid sick leave (depending on work location).Key Responsibilities: Extensive knowledge of all Post Approval DocuSign procedures Understanding of eSign submission process through the intake tool on NMC Follow documented procedures on document set up within the DocuSign tool. General understanding of post approval processes and documents needed for reporting or cancellation. Respond to Field inquiries promptly and professionally Verifies requests were input correctly Provides information needed to complete requests and/or reporting Escalates and asks questions of the team lead and mentor appropriately. Strong customer service skills - proven ability to build rapport, gain acceptance and to interact tactfully and professionally with internal and external customers Strong written and oral communication skills Demonstrated ability to independently set priorities, meet deadlines and carry out multiple assignments on a timely basis Knowledge of New Business functions and workflow Our client is a leading Financial Services industry, and we are currently interviewing to fill this and other similar contract positions.
