• Shift Description: Mon-Fri site prefers a mixture of 8 and 10-hour shifts weekly


• Board Certified Required


• Must have Active FL License


• Average Time to Credential: 90 days


• Types of Cases: CV, Thoracic, General, Ortho, Ortho-Spine, OB/GYN, Urology, Podiatry, ENT, Peds, Cath Lab, Endo. Pediatric ER,


• # of Operating Rooms: site runs 6-9 daily depending on surgical volume


• EMR: Meditech


• Minimum Number of shifts per month: prefer a full time


• Call Required: No


• Weekend Required: No
