Job TitleMarketing and Sales Enablement Manager - Hospital Patient Monitoring (Cambridge, MA)
Job Description
In this role you will combine sales insights, voice of customer & business objectives to build break-through sales programs for >100 account managers, equipping them to win with our customers.


Your role:

Design of sales-marketing programs to drive key business objectives
Successful execution of priority launches & End of Life initiatives
Design and development of a sales enablement tooling roadmap
Capturing the voice of the sales team and customer needs
Develop a customer segmentation & sales strategies / playbooks
Development of key Customer-facing collateral, with internal / external teams
Development and deployment of training together with the Sales Training team
Install a learning loop to identify best practices and improvement areas
Measurement and reporting of program performance


You're the right fit if:


You have a Bachelor's degree. Masters degree, preferred.
Youve acquired 5+ years of experience creating sales enablement tools and campaigns with 10+ years of overall industry experience. Healthcare/Technology background, preferred.
Your skills include sales enablement or related functions, sales training, marketing strategy and activation.
You must be able to successfully perform the following minimum Physical, Cognitive and Environmental job requirements with or without accommodation for this Sales position.
Youre a strategic and tactical planner, have analytic and data enabled decision-making skills, strong presentation capabilities, strong communication skills and project management capabilities.
