Job Description

You are responsible for


Review Service Work Orders (SWO), other relevant documented service events and feedback to ensure feedback/complaint process compliance.
Submit and further process feedback received via toll free number.
Investigate & evaluate SWO in a prescribed time.
Assist and coach Customer Care Centers coordinators, Field Service Engineers and Application Specialist in awareness of potential safety events and accurate documentation of Service events.
Quality & Regulatory
Follow all relevant business and Q&R policies and procedures and when requested participate in reviews and follow-up actions

To succeed in this role, you should have the following skills and experience

Bachelor degree or above, BS in Science or equivalent.
Technical background is essential.
Minimum of 2 years experience working in disciplined regulated industry.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Computer skills including database management, word processing and spreadsheets are also necessary.
Good in written and spokenEnglish and Mandarin
