To ensure technical support HVAC/MEP services installed/undertaken and guide project/design/planning/department on technical matters & coordinating with OEMs for commissioning & DLP services.
(Project completion certificate in line with project completion deadline)
To ensure that each project /task allotted to him is commissioned/completed well, with due attention being given to the scope of the project, its quality, the timelines, the cost of execution and the management of manpower (internal and sub-contracted)
(Quality test report, Project test report, pre-commissioning checklist, instrument calibration report submitted to PMC & 3rd party commissioning consultant)
To commission all the installations & ensure the design criteria as per the specifications.
Preparation of internal snags & handing over of the project with all operational & maintenance manuals, including necessary training to the operational staff.
(Feedback of client & PMC in regard to project completion report & demo certificate)
To maintain an record of check list (minimum three visit, based on project quantum/value) of each & every project undertaken. Number of visits to increase as per the project scope.
