Strategic Solutions Architect

Engage with JFrog’s strategic customers to build valuable solutions; ensure success in DevOps journey of JFrog’s products; work with Azure: Service Bus (Queues/Event Hubs), Cloud Services, Key Vault, Active Directory, Service Fabric, Virtual Machines, Firewalls, Network Security Groups, DNS Zones, Storage Accounts; use Cloud Native technologies (Docker, Kubernetes, Swarm, Nginx Ingress, lstio Ingress, Calico CNI); partner with sales account executives to accelerate customers’ journeys; build technical win/championship; educate JFrog’s customers/community about DevOps/JFrog’s products; represent JFrog at events/conferences; influence JFrog’s product roadmap/features design; assign priorities based on customers’ needs; stay abreast with latest technology trends related to DevOps landscape; build joint customer strategies with sales partners to encourage product adoption; build relationships with key decision makers (lead engineers, managers, Vice President, Chief Executive Officer); serve as customers’ technical point of contact; plan/manage proof of value, quarterly business review, architecture whiteboard discussions; educate customers via enablement/brown bags sessions, webinars/similar activities; collaborate with Jfrog’s internal peers to ensure smooth onboarding/increase adoption for customers; and design solution architectures, deployment architectures, sizing/capacity planning/similar technical collateral to be shared internally/customers/partners. May travel to various unanticipated worksites throughout the U.S. This is a telecommuting position with remote benefit from anywhere in the U.S. Travel is required.

Job Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree or foreign equivalent in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or Information Technology plus 5 years progressive experience. Experience to include working with Azure: Service Bus (Queues/Event Hubs), Cloud Services, Key Vault, Active Directory, Service Fabric, Virtual Machines, Firewalls, Network Security Groups, DNS Zones, Storage Accounts; and using Cloud Native technologies (Docker, Kubernetes, Swarm, Nginx Ingress, Istio Ingress, Calico CNI). May travel to various unanticipated worksites throughout the U.S. This is a telecommuting position with remote benefit from anywhere in the U.S. Travel is required.
