COMPANY OVERVIEW: Our Clients company is a leading provider of environmental and industrial cleaning solutions to the downstream and midstream energy, industrial and chemical sectors.

POSITION: VP of Operations

COMPENSATION: Competitive salary + DOE

BENEFITS:Standard package

LOCATION: Texas City, Texas with travel

SUMMARY: The role will assess the companys operational performance and will develop an operational cadence to align with the strategic direction set by the Company and the Board of Directors. In partnership with the CEOs and the other members of the senior management team, the goal should be to establish standard operating procedures to enhance the performance of the business and to instill a culture of data-driven operations and decision making.

DUTIES OR RESPONSIBILITIES:
Provides timely, accurate and complete reports on the operating condition of the company.
Collaborate with management to develop and implement plans for the operational infrastructure of systems, processes, and human resources designed to accommodate growth objectives.
Work in a collaborative and consultative fashion with Branch Managers and all staff at every level of our company.
Proactively manage all operational components of the companys P&L
Continually improve the effectiveness and efficiency of the companys operational systems and technologies.
Develop and implement a full suite of data-driven operational metrics and KPIs which will accurately measure performance in a timely fashion and will inspire continuous improvement within the organization.
Manage all operational value creation initiatives and drive the organization to achieve each within the scheduled timeframe and cost.
Develop, and take ownership of, the companys capital expenditure plans to ensure the maximum utilization of assets, efficient operations, and effective use of capital.

EXPERIENCE AND QUALIFICATIONS:
Must have 8 years of operational leadership experience in the industrial cleaning industry or similar, and at a company generating at least $200 million of revenue.
Experience developing standard operating procedures, establishing best practices, and creating data driven KPIs to monitor and continuously improve upon business performance.
Significant experience with development and implementation of data-driven initiatives.
Experience working for a rapidly growing company.
