Sheet Metal Worker - Journeyperson
We are hiring a Journeyperson Sheet Metal Worker to help our team with commercial/light industrial HVAC installations, repair, maintenance, and service, working individually and as part of a team in the Lower Mainland.
The ideal candidate is diverse in their skills, has the ability, experience, and flexibility to work off-site with the installation team or on their own, as well as the ability to help at our Surrey office as part of our shop fabrication team when needed.
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Ticketed Sheet Metal Journeyman a plus
- 4+ years hands-on Sheet Metal and HVAC industry experience
- Leadership/ supervisory experience is considered an asset
- Valid BC drivers license
- Ability to commute to various job sites
- Excellent communication skills, both written and oral
- Safety conscience individual who respects and adheres to all safety measures
- Excellent mechanical problem solving/troubleshooting skills
- Capable of mentoring and aiding the development of junior apprentices
- Dedication to quality
- Desire to continue to develop and learn new skills, further honing your craft
