JOB DESCRIPTION DEPARTMENT Supply Chain Management JOB TITLE Junior Executive - Materials (Stores) REPORTS TO Deputy Manager Materials REPORTING TEAM NA JOB SUMMARY Responsible for ensuring the GRN entries and maintaining the physical stock of stores. JOB DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITY To check the indents received from various departments through HIS. To issue the items as per indent received from departments. To prepare Purchase Request and forward to Purchase Department in time and to make a record for it. To check & maintain the stock level when ever issue is being made. To prepare the Goods Receipt Note as per bills. To make the Transfer Entry based on indents from departments. To inspect and ensure the quantity of items received. To carry out Local Purchase and to make the payments for Courier charges/ Unloading charges etc. To co-ordinate the upholstery works. To maintain the Non-returnable Gate Pass & Returnable Gate Pass. To carry out physical stock verification every month. Any other assignments assigned by the superiors / management. WORK RELATED SKILLS TECHNICAL Proficient with MS office and HIS software. PERSONAL Abide by and display BMH core values in all aspects of work. Flexible approach to work demands. Ability to work in teams and collaborate with staff at all levels. Willingness to learn, change and adapt. OTHER SKILLS Good Communication skills. To work as a part of a team. WORK EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENT Minimum 2 - 4 years of experience in Hospital Stores. EDUCATIONAL REQUIREMENTS 10 + 2 & Above (Preferably Graduation). KEY DECISION AREAS Control of Plan-to-pay process. Reducing transactional burden & improving information. Improving service delivery. Number of GRN & Invoice mismatches. Stock Outs. Fill Rates to End Users -Routine items. Delivery at door step. Job knowledge & Product awareness rate.
