Qualification: Diploma or BE Electrical/Mechanical

Job Location: Vatva,Ahmedabad.

Experience : 4 to 5 years

JD:

1. Installation and commissioning of the full range of Pharma- -Packaging, Non Pharma , F&B equipment /Machines
2. Generating Spares & Service Revenue
3. Giving feedback information from customers and competitor equipment
4. Undertake any other duties appropriate to your skill levels from time to time to meet the needs of the business
5. Generating new enquiries for Pharma- -Packaging, Non Pharma , F&B equipment /Machines
6. Understanding and experience the fault diagnoses on inspection/ processing /packaging machines covering electrical, electronics & mechanical disciplines
7. Maintaining daily communications with customers to ascertain that technical servicing is required
8. Communicating with clients and customers to ascertain what technical servicing is required
9. Build & maintain positive relationships with customers, delivering high standards of customer service.
