Job Responsibilities:

• Maintain an accurate records of financial transactions by establishing accounts using manual and computerized bookkeeping systems.
• Post journal entries, reconcile accounts and prepare financial statements.
• Update and maintain general ledger and trial balance.
• Prepare invoices, calculate, and process payroll, utility bills, and other payments.
• Prepare data for tax returns and other corporation filings.
• Enter data, maintain records and create reports through collection, analysis, and summarization of data.

Job Requirements:

• Completion of Secondary school.
• Completion of a college program in accounting, bookkeeping or a related field OR any other recognized professional accounting program OR courses in accounting or bookkeeping combined with minimum 2 years of experience as a financial or accounting clerk are required.
• Ability to work in a team environment.
