Job Description
Travel Consultant:
Travel Process / ticketing experience in Galileo/Amadeus is Mandatory.Assisting Corporate with Travel related services, booking Domestic & International Ticketing, Hotels, Cars, Trains, Visa etc.
- Minimum 6 months experience in travel industry.
- Ticketing experience in contact centre preferred.
- Knowledge in handling bookings in OBT.
- Knowledge of GDS (Amadeus & Galileo)
- Making reservations & Ticketing
- Solving the queries via email & on the telephone.
- IATA freshers can also apply
Languages: English, Hindi
Shifts: Rotational Shifts (Please note there will be no night shifts for girls)
Location: Ghatkoper, Mumbai
CTC: upto 40K
