is seeking candidates for the following position based in the Sydney office.

Client Onboarding Operations Team Leader



What can you expect?

With responsibility for a team of client onboarding specialists, this role will partner directly with the Regional Value Stream Leader of Client Onboarding to develop and design the client onboarding function, participate in the hiring of the newly formed onboarding specialist team, and lead the day-to-day operation of the client onboarding function. In this critical role you will oversee processes, while partnering with the leadership team to manage the impact and delivery of change and maximise process efficiencies. This is an opportunity to explore new and better ways of delivering enhanced commercial value across internal stakeholders and most critically, Marsh Clients.

We will count on you to:

As a Team Leader in Operations, youll oversee the daily operations of a team ensuring that protocols, schedules and procedures are followed, and service levels are achieved helping the team deliver high-quality work.

Accountabilities include but are not limited to:

Providing day to day oversight and people management of a team of client onboarding specialists fostering a mindsetfocused on the function's value proposition.

Managing, leading, and coaching colleagues to achieve internal KPIs and client satisfaction for client onboarding operations management and services.

Owning the project management of new and expanded client transitions to Marsh as well as tasks required forclients renewing their engagement with Marsh, when a client is complex. This includes coordinating allstandard and custom tasks, on behalf of the Sales Executive/ Account Owner, including ensuring tasks arecompleted within agreed timeframes and meet quality standards.

Maintaining strong relationships with key stakeholders and be viewed as a strategic partner.

Partnering with other team members and stakeholders to identify continuous improvement opportunities.


What you need to have:


7+ year of relevant work experience, including leading people.

Ability to build strong relationships and build rapport with internal colleagues and carriers.

Influence/persuasiveness ability to achieve outcomes by collaborating with stakeholders.

Self-starter, resourceful with the ability to bring solutions and ideas to the firm.

Excellent written and oral communication skills able to clearly articulate issues, problems, and resolutions.
