Job Description
Essential Duties/Responsibilities:
Inspection of incoming goods.
Check Packing Slip & Product
Access PO in Doc Link
Review PO vs packing slip
Access spec in Arena
Check spec vs statistical samples
Perform required testing
Fill out the Approved Label & affix to pallets.
Inspection of finished products for final release.
Responsible for performing analysis and documentation of all pending failures from out of box, check-in, and field failures and generating summary reports at the service center locations.
Provide device training when requested.
Responsible for documenting, packaging, and shipping devices via RMA process to service center or to vendor.
Perform auditing on kits, devices or quality systems as required.
Document required information into the logs of critical quality systems such as complaints, NCRs, and receiving.
Technical assistance for internal and patient device troubleshooting
Work closely with service center inventory and QA personnel on assignments as required.
Other duties as assigned.
