JOB OBJECTIVE:
- The Sales Manager is responsible for fully driving and leading all business development activities for the printing business
- Manage and maintain all client relationships, including complaints/grievances, if any
- Own and drive the overall sales strategy and targets aligned with the companys business plan and/or annual budget

REQUIREMENTS
- Minimum of a Bachelors degree in Business, Marketing and Sales or equivalent
- MBA preferred
- Minimum 7-10 years of experience in a Sales/Commercial role, of which at least 3 years are in a similar role in aprinting facility
Skills
- Strong commercial acumen
- Good understanding of the currency printing landscape and other external/open markets
- Proficiency in English, Tamil and other indian languages
- Excellent analytical and organizational skills
- Extremely high level of accuracy and attention to detail
- Strong interpersonal skills such as leadership, communication, persuasion, motivation, loyalty, and openness
- Advanced presentation and reporting
- Strong negotiation skills
