Role: Microsoft Dynamic CRM Consultant Location = Remote Duration = 12+ Months Role and Responsibilities Setup users, make changes to forms, add fields. Dynamics 365 CRM administrator (CRMA) Creating profiles, users, roles, page layouts, data management, approval processes, workflows, reports, dashboard Technical expert and system admin role for all CRM system user Design, develop and customize form, add new fields. Testing customization and processes Documentation Import/export of data batch assignments of accounts. They need to be very proficient in CRM & Field Services Work Orders Schedule and dispatching Asset management Inventory/Purchasing/Returns Billing/Time tracking Reporting Communication
