We are currently looking for a Chief Operations Officer to work out of our office located in Mississauga, ON.

• Establishing clear objectives for the company and approving policies and programs that align with those objectives.
• Organizing the establishment of major departments and hiring senior staff members to lead them.
• Allocating the necessary resources, including finances, to implement organizational policies and programs. They also establish financial and administrative controls and approve promotional campaigns.
• Representing the company in negotiations or other official functions.
• Manage external partners to deliver the expected service levels required by the business.
• Develop and implement operational strategies to improve efficiency, productivity, and profitability.
• Oversee day-to-day operations, including finance, IT, facilities, and administrative functions.
• Establish and maintain policies, procedures, and workflows to ensure compliance with legal regulations and ethical standards.
• Manage budgeting, financial planning, and reporting processes.

Employment Requirements:

• A university degree or college diploma in business administration, finance or other discipline related to the service provided is usually required.
• A minimum of 4 years of experience as a middle manager in trade, broadcasting or other services is usually required.
• Excellent communication skills in English.

Compensation: $62.00/hour for 35 hours/week.
