Position entails implementing LORENZ's software solutions in pharmaceutical companies such that these companies can submit drug applications to regulatory agencies such as the FDA. Implementation involves IQ/OQ, validation, migration, set up of the software in the AWS cloud, performance testing and project managing others who are doing configuration, training and support. Manage software implementation projects including customer kick-offs, implementations from initiation to go-live, upgrades and third-party hosting implementations. Perform installation, validation, configuration, and migration related services in North America. Provide guidance and recommendations regarding products, services, and industry trends internally and to external customers/prospects. Collaborate with internal cloud (AWS) staffs for system deployments. Manage customer communications effectively to achieve high customer satisfaction. Ensure project scopes and deliverables meet SOW, SLA, MSA requirements.

Requirements: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related or foreign equivalent + 60 months of experience in the job offered.
